A leading European data centre delivery specialist is currently seeking two experienced CSA Supervisors to join a major hyperscale campus project in Milan.
 

This organisation delivers full turnkey data centre projects across Europe, working with global technology clients on some of the most complex mission-critical developments currently under construction. With over 500MW of live projects across multiple countries, this is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work, career progression, and exposure to flagship European builds.
 

As CSA Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the daily coordination and supervision of Civil, Structural and Architectural packages, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
 

This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing subcontractors across structural works, envelope, fit-out, cladding, roofing, and internal architectural packages through to final snagging and handover.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all CSA work packages across the project

• Manage day-to-day site operations including subcontractor performance and manpower

• Drive site safety standards in collaboration with EHS teams and management

• Oversee QA processes and ensure works meet project specifications and benchmarks

• Coordinate programme activities with planners, PMs, consultants, and subcontractors

• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting aligned with client requirements

• Chair subcontractor progress meetings and ensure delivery against schedule

• Support change management processes including programme and cost impacts

• Review construction drawings, setting-out details, and buildability constraints

• Manage snagging, punch lists, and CSA close-out through to project completion

• Attend coordination meetings, internal reviews, handover workshops, and client updates

• Support final project close-out including QA files, safety files, and documentation packs

Requirements

• Trade background or relevant degree qualification in Construction/Civil/Structural discipline

• Minimum 7+ years experience supervising CSA works on large-scale construction projects

• Strong background across structural, envelope, cladding, roofing, fit-out, or civils

• Proven ability to lead CSA teams and manage subcontractor delivery

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Data centre or mission-critical experience highly advantageous
